The Chicken Cordon Bleu
Is it “bleu” or “blue”...no no I’m pretty sure it’s “bleu.”
ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
- Deli-sliced ham or prosciutto
- Deli-sliced or grated gruyere cheese
- All-purpose flour
- 1 cup 4C seasoned bread crumbs
- Adobo seasoning
- 2 tbs. unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
