Jen Hill's Bean Dip
ingredients
- 2-15 oz. Cans Black Beans,Drained and Rinsed
- 1 med. White Onion, Diced
- 4 Bell Peppers, Different Colors
- 3 T. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Cumin
- 1/2 tsp. Honey
- 3/4 tsp. Salt
- Juice of One Lime
- 1/8 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Cilantro, Dried
directions
Whisk together olive oil, cumin, honey, salt, lime juice, cayenne pepper, and cilantro. Mix in beans, onion, and bell peppers.
