Low Calorie Apple Crisp
Good with either Granny Smith or Gala apples. Very easy to make!
ingredients
- 1 apple, peeled, cored, and sliced (Granny Smith or other)
- 1/4 Tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3/8 cup rolled oats
- 1/8 cup flour
- 1/2 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 Tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 Tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place apples in the bottom of a small tart tin, coated with cooking spray. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and stir until the mixture resembles course meal. Top the apples evenly with the oat mixture. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
