Granola
ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups oats(quick or rolled, not instant)
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup bran or wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup honey (oil cup before measuring)
- 1/3 cup butter melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup raisins, or nuts(optional)

Mix the dry(first 5) ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.

Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.

Spread onto ungreased cookie sheet(aluminum foil the sheet if you don’t want to wash the sheet)

Bake 20-25 minutes at 325° stirring once in a while.
