Heat up the popcorn pan with some virgin olive oil. Place a few kernels in the pot until they begin to really bubble. Fill the entire bottom of the pan with corn kernels.

After popping has begun at full force, then it is time for the SECRET. Gently lift the lid a 1/2 inch to release some of the steam (this helps keep kernels tender). Continue popping until finished.. Salt to taste.
