Oatmeal Carameletta
ingredients
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup margarine, melted
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 jar caramel ice cream topping

Mix together oats, brown sugar, flour, soda, salt and margarine. Press 1/3 of this mixture into the bottom of a 9x13" pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

Remove and sprinkle with pecans and chocolate chips. Drizzle on a jar of caramel ice cream topping. Top with the rest of the crumb mixture. Bake an additional 15-20 minutes.

Cut into bars and serve.
