  • 1 c cooked pumpkin (Nanny used butternut squash
  • 3 eggs (4 for deep dish)
  • 2 C milk (3 for deep dish)
  • 1 C sugar
  • 1 T flour
  • lump butter
  • 1/2 t salt

    Beat eggs slightly

    Add other ingredients (milk last)

    Sprinkle with cinnamon

    Bake 400 degrees

  • 5

    check after 40 minutes

    Check with knife
