Tuna & Chickpea Salad with Tuna
Healthy!
ingredients
- 2-15.5 oz cans (3 cups) chickpeas, drained and roughly chopped (food process for 5-10sec)
- 1-12 oz jar roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
- 1 small can of diced black olives
- 1 pack of starkist herb and garlic tuna
- 1 family size pouch of tuna
- 5 tablespoons pesto
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
directions
In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, red peppers, olives, tuna, pesto, salt and pepper. Mix and serve.
