Green Pepper Steak
ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb round steak
- 2 green peppers
- 2 onions
- mushrooms if desired
- salt
- pepper
- 3/4 cup red wine
- 5-6 pinches curry powder
directions

Cut steak into strips

Brown meat in oil

Add peppers and onions (cut into strips)

Salt and pepper to taste

Add red wine and simmer for at least 30 minutes

Add curry and simmer for at least 1 hour

*If more juice is desired, add 1 beef bouillon cube and 3/4 cup water

Serve with rice, noodles or potatoes
