Easy Cheese Manicotti

  • 14 manicotti shells, cooked
  • 1 jar of Parmesan and Romano Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 8 oz container of chive & onion cream cheese, softened
  • 4 c grated mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 3/4 c grated romano cheese
  • 1 15 oz Ricotta
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

    1. Combine cream cheese, 2 c mozzarella cheese and next 5 ingredients.

    2. Stuff evenly into shells.

    3. Spoon half of sauce into bottom of 4 qt casserole dish. Arrange stuffed shells over sauce. Top with remaining sauce and 2 cups of mozzarella.

    4. Bake at 350˚ for 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
