Ultimate Granola
ingredients
- 3 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. sesame seeds
- 1/2 c. coarsely chopped almonds
- 2/3 c. honey
- 1/4 c. oil
- Dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. chopped dates
directions
Combine all ingredients except the raisins and dates in slow cooker. Cook on low with lid slightly ajar for about 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Cook and add fruit. Store in airtight containers. Use within 1-2 weeks.
