Peel and cut potatoes into french fry size. Place on baking pan and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, cayenne and paprika. Toss well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake in a preheated 375°-400° oven until browned. Turn over halfway through, so browned evenly.
