This recipe is from my mother’s 1968 Home Economics class.
ingredients
- 4 1/2 c. sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 12 oz. German sweet chocolate
- 12 oz. semi-sweet morsels
- 1 pint marshmallow creme
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups chopped nuts
