Warm Artichoke Dip
A delicious warm dip. Add curry powder, paprika, or jalapenos for a different taste.
ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
- 1 brick of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- pinch of garlic salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking pan or bowl with nonstick spray.

Drain and chop artichokes. Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into baking pan.

Bake for one hour until bubbly and browned on top.

Serve with veggies, crackers, and hunks of bread.
