Graham Cracker Crust for pies
This crust is great for pudding and ice cream pies & is what I use for the Chocolate Pie I make at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
ingredients
- 1 package of graham crackers (9 full crackers)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
directions
Pulse graham crackers & sugar in food processor. If you don’t have a food processor, put grahams & sugar in a ziplock and crush crackers. Stir together melted butter and crackers, then press into a pie pan. Use a flat bottomed glass to press crust against the sides and bottom of the pie pan. Refrigerate.
