Pineapple Glaze

ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup light-brown sugar, firmly packed
directions

1. In small saucepan, combine 1/4 cup pineapple juice and the cornstarch; stir until smooth.

2. Add remaining pineapple juice and rest of ingredients; bring to boiling, stirring, over medium heat. Glaze will be slightly thickened and translucent.
