Ham Balls

ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb hamburger
  • 1 1/2 lb ground ham
  • 2 cups cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp dry mustard

    Mix together hamburger, ground ham, cracker crumbs, milk, and eggs. Form into balls.

    Bring to boil brown sugar, vinegar, water, and mustard. Pour over balls.

    Bake 250° 2 hours.
