Stuffed Buns

This is soooo good and a handy and quick meal!....Who needs hot pockets when you have these!

ingredients

  • 24 - 3" buns (French Rolls)
  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 cup Hunts tomato sauce
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 small minced onion
  • 1 can chopped black olives
  • 2# of Velvetta cheese
  • salt & pepper

    Cut open (about 1/4" in from end of bun) one end of the bun and hollow it out.

    Cut velvetta up in little pieces and put in a large bowl. Add tomato sauce, oil, onions, black olives and salt & pepper to taste. Boil eggs and while they are still hot use an egg dicer and put the hot eggs into the bowl with the cheese mixture. Stir to melt it all together. Then take the buns that you have prepared and put the melted mixture into the bun. Replace the “cover” (the end you cut off) and wrap in tin foil or waxed paper. Throw into freezer. Whenever you need a snack/meal in a hurry, just toss into the microwave!
