Spinach Dip
ingredients
- 1 pkg chopped spinach, drained well
- 3/4 C onion, finely chopped
- 2 C Monterrey jack cheese
- 8 oz. Cream cheese
- 1 T jalapeno peppers
- 2 C tomatoes, chopped (reserve 2 T)
- salt, pepper, cayenne and garlic powder to taste
directions
Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 until hot and bubbly. Top with reserved tomatoes and serve with toasted bread or pita chips.
