Belgian Lasagna
ingredients
- Saute:
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 lg. chopped onions
- 1 clove garlic
- Add:
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef;steam until brown
- Add:
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 bay leaves
- Simmer 1 hour. Remove bay leaves.
- Cheese sauce:
- heat 1 pt. milk in saucepan.
- Add 1 c. parmesan,
- 1/4 cup flour.
- Stir until thick as cream
