Southwestern Beef and Linguine
ingredients
- 4 oz Whole Wheat Linguine
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced
- 1 Onion, sliced into strips
- 1 Red Pepper, sliced into strips
- 1 lb Round Steak, sliced into strips
- 1/4 cup Picante Sauce (salsa)
- 1 bag (10 oz) Frozen Corn
- Chili powder to taste

Cook spaghetti according to directions.

Heat oil in skillet and saute chili powder and clove for 1 minute. Add onions and saute for another 2 minutes. Add red pepper strips and saute for 1 more minute, until all vegetables are soft. Remove vegetables from the skillet.

Place steak strips in the skillet and cook until thoroughly heated through, about 3 minutes. Add vegetables back into the skillet. Toss is picante sauce, corn and pasta. Cook for about 1 minute.

Add extra chili powder to taste.
