Funeral Potatoes
ingredients
- 6 c. diced potatoes (cooked)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 can milk
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 c. grated onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Ham (optional)
- 3 T. butter melted
- 3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
directions
Mix all ingredients except butter and corn flakes. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Mix butter and corn flake crumbs. Spread on top of potato mixture. Bake uncovered at 350° for 30-45 min.
