Cheesey Hash Brown Pototoes
ingredients
- 2 lbs has brown potatoes, I use one regular and one O’brien, thawed
- 1 16oz sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 C butter softened
- 1t salt
- 1t pepper
- 1/2 C corn flake crumbs

Mix first 7 indredients in a large bowl; stir well. Spoon mixture into a

9x13 baking dish, sprinkle with corn flake crumbs. Bake 350° for 55 min. or until bubbly.
