Meatloaf Wellington
“leave the gun, take the cannoli”
ingredients
- 1 can campbell’s cream of mushroom soup
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/3 cup finely chopped vidalia onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 pkg crescent rolls
directions

preheat oven to 375 degrees

Mix THOROUGHLY 1/2 cup soup, beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion and salt. Shape firmly into a loaf 8x4; place in shallow baking pan. bake at 375 for one hour. spoon off fat. take out of pan.

Separate one package of dinner rolls; place crosswise over top and down sides of meat,

bake 15 min more........

In saucepan, blend remaining soup, water and 2 to 3 tbs drippings, heat; stir occasionally. serve with loaf.
