Yogurt-Marinated Chicken Kebabs with Aleppo Pepper
ingredients
- 1 1/2 T Aleppo pepper or 2 t dried crushed red pepper plus 2 t Hungarian sweet paprika
- 1 cup plain whole-milk Greek style yogurt
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- 2 T tomato paste
- 2 t course kosher salt
- 1 t pepper
- 6 garlic cloves, peeled, flattened
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced into rounds
- 2 1/4 lbs skinless breasts or thighs, cut into 1 1/4" cubes
