Creamy Baked Cheesecake

ingredients
- CRUST
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- CHEESECAKE
- 2 8 oz packages softened cream cheese
- 1 14 oz can condensed milk
- 3 eggs, room temp.
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 8 oz container sour cream
- i can fruit pie filling or fresh fruit

Preheat over to 300*.

In sauce pan, melt margarine; stir in graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Pat firmly on the bottom of buttered 9-inch spring-form pan.

In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, eggs and salt until smooth. Stir in lemon. Pour over graham cracker crust.

Bake 50-55 minutes. Turn over off. Let cake sit in over for 1 hour.

Chill. Remove sides of pain. Spread sour cream on cheesecake. Garnish with fresh or canned fruit.

This is the cheesecake I always made thinking that it was Mommy's recipe.
