Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya

ingredients
- 2 chicken breast or 4 thighs
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 pack Hill shire lite sausage
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- seasoning to taste
- 6 cups of water
- 3 cups rice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon kitchen bouquet

Cut chicken into chunks. Slice sausage.

In a large pot add oil on medium heat. Brown sausage. Add onions and brown them. Add chicken and seasoning cook for about 5 minutes. Add 6 cup of water and 3 cups of rice. Add more seasoning to water and kitchen bouquet.

Turn heat to low as soon as water starts to boil. Cover. Cook for 30 minutes.
