Cranberry Orange Scones

  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream

    Stir all ingredients together in large bowl

    Knead dough lightly on a floured surface and pat into an 8 inch circle

    Transfer to a greased baking sheet

  • 4

    Cut into 8 inch wedges

  • 5

    Bake at 425° until tops are golden brown, approximately 18 minutes
