Artichoke Dip
ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup artichokes, chopped
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Italian cheese
- 1 cup chopped frozen spinach
directions
Boil the spinach for 2 minutes or until dethawed. Meanwhile, cream together the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add the cheeses and chopped artichokes. Drain the spinach well and add to the mixture. Bake in baking dish for 20 minutes at 350°.
notes
Best is served warm with tortilla chips or Wheat Thins.
