ingredients

  • 1 pound mild sausage
  • 1 1/4 cup shredded monterey jack cheese, or colby-jack blend
  • 1 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 packages phyllo tartlet shells (45)

    Brown sausage and drain on paper towels.

  • 2

    Combine sausage, cheeses, dressing, and pepper.

  • 3

    Place tartlet shells on a baking sheet and fill with the sausage mixture.

  • 4

    Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
