Marinated Sliced Tomatoes
1. Peel tomatoes by blanching in boiling water for 30 seconds and removing skins.
2. Slice 4 large tomatoes.
3. Arrange in a shallow dish on a bed of lettuce, if desired.
4. Pour over tomatoes and chill 1 hour.
