Mooth's Chocolate Pie

ingredients
- 2 1-oz squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 c butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 1/4 c flour
directions

Melt chocolate and butter. Mix eggs, sugar, and flour together, then add to chocolate mixture. Pour into 8 in. pie pan.

Bake at 350 for 25 min. (Center of the pie should be soft.)
notes
Can make 1 1/2 x recipe and use a larger pie pan. Can make 1-2 days ahead. Put in fridge uncooked. Allow 5 extra minutes of cooking time.
