Crockpot Chicken Stroganoff
ingredients
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup
- 16 oz fat-free sour cream
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

Put frozen chicken breasts in bottom of crock pot.

Combine soup, sour cream and onion soup mix.

Pour over chicken.

Cook on low for 7 hours.

Serve over noodles or rice.
