ZZ's Lemonade Jell-O

This a Hanukkah brunch favorite. When I asked Auntie Liz for the recipe she said, “a fool could make it.”
ingredients
- 2pkgs sugar free Jell-O
- 1/2 of large lemonade concentrate, frozen
- Small Lite Cool Whip

Dissolve Jell-O in 3C boiling water. Add lemonade concentrate, stir and chill in refrigerator until it thickens.

Beat in Cool Whip and pour into mold.
