Gelatina de Rompope
ingredients
- 1 can sweet condensed milk
- 4 1/4 cups of water
- 4 envelopes of Plain Gelatin
- 1 cup of cold water
- 1 cup of rompope
- 2 tbsp of rum

In a medium saucepan, heat the water and sweet condensed milk. Remove from heat.

Dissolve the gelatin poser in the COLD cup of water. Once dissolved add the 1 cup of Rompope & 2 tbsps of Rum. Add mixture to the sweet condensed milk in saucepan.

Once all is mixed together, place the gelatin mixture in a gelatin mold and refrigerate until solid.

Remove from mold and enjoy.
