Claire's Homemade Bailey's

This recipe came from Claire Ogden a great friend I met when working at Blue Cross / Blue Shield. I made this and gave it to my neighbors for Christmas.
ingredients
- 2 tbsp. instant coffee
- 1 c. whiskey
- 1/2 c. run
- 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp. chocolate syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. whipping coffee
directions
Dissolve coffee in 1/2 c. hot water, cool. (important) Add whiskey, rum, condensed milk, chocolate syrup, vanilla, and cream. Blend until smooth. This can be stored refrigerated for up to one month.
notes
This makes a great Christmas gift. I bought unique bottles and filled them with the Bailey's and gave them to my neighbors.
