Chicken Salad with Grapes
Tasty for luncheon
ingredients
- 4 cups chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 2 cups seedless grapes (white and red), sliced if too large
- 1 16 oz pineapple chunks
- Dressing:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp sugar
- Toasted almonds for topping

Combine chicken, fruit, celery and chestnuts in large mixing bowl.

Mix ingredients for dressing. Add to chicken mixture. Serve on lettuce leaf. Top with toasted almonds.
