Blueberry Crisp
Sounds like a blueberry cobbler. Maybe we should try to make this instead of our “swing and miss” cobblers!
ingredients
- 4 cups of bluebrries
- 2 Tablespoons of tapioca
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup quick rolled oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 6 Tablespoons of butter

Preheat the oven at 375 degrees.

Stir together the first 5 ingredients and place in an 8 inch square baking pan.

In a seperate bowl, combine the next 5 ingredients. Cut in the butter.

Sprinkle the oat mixture over the blueberry mixture.

Bake until golden brown on top.

Enjoy plain or with vanilla frozen yogurt!

I do not know phow long to bake this or anything. The original recipe was very vague.
