Leigh's Italian Beef
The Best Italian beef you’ll ever eat!!!
ingredients
- Beef Roast 10-15 lbs
- Onion soup mix
- For every 2 cups beef stock:
- 1/4 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Dried Minced Onions
- 2 Beef Boulion cubes

Place beef in a roaster pre-heat oven to 350.

Sprinkle the top of the roast with the onion soup mix and fill bottom of roaster with about an inch to and in and a half of water.

Place in oven and allow to cook for about 2 hours or as long as you would like. Usually until it begins to easily pull apart.

When you can easily pull it apart add all of the other ingredients. Feel free to measure to taste. Also you may need to add more water.

Then place back in the oven. The longer you let it simmer on a low heat the more flavor the beef will absorb, making it a delicious dinnner everyone is sure to enjoy!

It is delicious to pair with cheesy garlic mashed potatoes.
