Crab dip
ingredients
- 1 8oz package of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 package backfin crab
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions with tops
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 lemon
- 1 loaf french bread or baguette

Preheat oven to 350°.

Combine cream cheese and mayo and mix well. Press garlic into batter and mix well.

Grate Swiss cheese and slice (thinly) green onions. Dice the bell pepper and squeeze in 1 T of lemon juice. Mix crab, Swiss, green onion, bell pepper, lemon juice.

Bake in round casserole dish 25-30 minutes until edges are golden brown.
