Sweet Potato Souffle
Wonderful sweet potato with a little crunch.
ingredients
- 1 large can sweet potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 stick butter softened
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- Topping
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup crushed corn flakes
directions

Combine all ingredients into large bowl. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 300F for 35-45 min. or almost firm. Add topping.

Melt butter and add remaining ingredients. Place on potatoes and cook for 20 more minutes.

* 1 large can = 1lb and 16oz
