Far East Crab Cakes
ingredients
- 2 lbs. lump crab cakes
- 1/2 cup finely chopped water chestnuts
- 1/4 cup cup soft bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 3 tablespoon
directions
Combine everything in small bowl. Stir well. Shape into 8 patties. Cook 6-8 minutes. Turn once.
