TWICE BAKED POTATOES
ingredients
- • 8 baking potatoes
- • 8 oz. sour cream
- • 4 oz. Treasure Cave blue cheese
- • 24 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese
- • 24 oz. medium cheddar cheese
- • salt & pepper
- • garlic powder
- • 1/2 tub Smart Balance spread
- • small amount of milk

1. Bake potatoes 45 minutes to one hour at 350 degrees

2. Slice cooked potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out.

3. Set aside a portion of cheddar cheeses.
- 4
4. Mix together potato meat with other ingredients with hand mixer.
- 5
5. Fill potato skins with the mixture.
- 6
6. Sprinkle extra cheddar cheeses on top.
- 7
7. Bake in oven until cheese is melted and browned.
