Carne Estufado
A savory portuguese stove top pot roast.
ingredients
- Large chunk beef roast
- tomatoes
- onions
- garlic
- baby carrots
- piri piri
- white wine
- salt

Slice tomatoes, onions and garlic. Cook in a deep pan until juices are rendered. Add beef and chopped carrots, cover, and simmer one hour at low heat.

Add piri piri(2 buds), about 1/2 cup white wine, and salt. Simmer another half to one hour or until tender.
