ingredients

  • 6 T Parmesan cheese
  • 2 T dried basil
  • 1/2 t each salt & pepper
  • 2 large, unpeeled baking potatoes cut into wedges lengthwise
  • 4 T oil

    Preheat the oven to 400°.

  • 2

    In a shallow bowl, combine cheese, basil, salt, and pepper.

    Brush cut sides of the potato with oil.

  • 4

    Dip into cheese mixture.

  • 5

    Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.

  • 6

    Place wedges in a greased baking dish.
