Herbed Potato Wedges
ingredients
- 6 T Parmesan cheese
- 2 T dried basil
- 1/2 t each salt & pepper
- 2 large, unpeeled baking potatoes cut into wedges lengthwise
- 4 T oil

Preheat the oven to 400°.

In a shallow bowl, combine cheese, basil, salt, and pepper.

Brush cut sides of the potato with oil.

Dip into cheese mixture.

Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.

Place wedges in a greased baking dish.
