  • 1 cup sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cups oil
  • 2 cups sour cream or heavy cream
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 cups flour
  • Mix and chill for 1-2 hours. Divide dough into 15 balls and pat each into greased pie pan.
  • Filling:
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 3 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup cornstarch
  • Mix well and cook in microwave until thick. Divide filling between pies, top each with 1 tbsp sugar/cinnamon mix


Bake at 350 degrees until set and slightly brown.
