ingredients

  • 1 lg Fresh Pineapple
  • 1 lg Tomato Chopped
  • 1 Sm Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. Chopped Green Onion
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley

    Cut Pineapple in half, lengthwise through crown, leaving shells intact.

  • 2

    Remove fruit. Core and dice.

  • 3

    Toss with tomato, cucumber, green onion, and parsley. Refrigerate.
