Deviled Beef Rolls

ingredients
- 2 tbsp Dried Onion Soup Mix
- 4 tsp Water
- 3 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 4 cubed Steaks about 6 oz. each
- 1 can 4oz. Sliced Mushrooms, drained
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted

Preheat the broiler.

In a small bowl, combine water and onion soup mix. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Stir the mustard into the onion mixture. Season the steak with the pepper and spread the onion mixture over each side of the steak.

Arrange the sliced mushrooms over the top and roll each steak jelly-style rolled, secure each with a toothpick.

Place the beef rolls on a broiler pan and brush each side with 1 tbsp butter.

Broil rolls 4-5 inches from heat source for 4-5 minutes. Turn the rolls over, brush with remaining 1 tbsp of butter.

Broil for another 4-5 minutes. Remove toothpick and serve.
