Pot Roast
ingredients
- 1 2 1/2 pound chuck roast
- 1 package dry onion soup
- 1 jar mushrooms
- 1 jar red wine
- 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
- salt
- pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
directions

Put roast in greased 13“x9” baking dish. Mix soup mix, mushrooms, wine & BBQ sauce. Pour over roast. Season & sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce.

Cover dish tightly with foil & bake at 300° for 2 1/2 hours.

Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
