Baked Spinach and Gouda Dip

A great dip served with pita chips

ingredients

  • 1(10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1(3oz) pkg cream cheese, softned
  • 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 3/4 cups shredded gouda cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce

    1. Preheat oven to 350 Drain spinach and press between paper towels to remove excess moisture, In medium bowl combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, gouda cheese, onion, garlic, italian seasoning, pepper to taste and hot sauce. Stir, in spinach.

    2. Spoon into 1-quart quiche dish or pie plate. Bake about 25 minutes or until heated through. Serve with pita chips.
